Learn Technology That Actually Matters

We've been training developers in Van since 2019, and honestly, most bootcamps get it wrong. They rush through theory without showing you what real projects look like. Our approach? Start with what companies actually need, then build backwards to the fundamentals.

Project-First Learning

Most training programs teach you syntax first. We throw you into a real project on day one, then teach you what you need to solve actual problems.

Development workflow showing project-based learning methodology

Here's what we learned after training over 200 developers: traditional classroom methods don't work for programming. You can't memorize your way to being a good developer. You need to get stuck, figure things out, and build muscle memory through repetition.

  • Week 1: Build a working application (even if it's messy)
  • Week 2-4: Learn why your code works and how to improve it
  • Week 5-8: Add complexity and handle edge cases
  • Week 9-12: Deploy, monitor, and maintain your applications
  • Throughout: Work with real databases, APIs, and user feedback

Why Van Needs More Developers

Van's economy is changing fast. Local businesses need modern websites, e-commerce platforms, and mobile apps. But most of them end up hiring developers from Istanbul or Ankara because they can't find qualified people locally.

  • Local tourism businesses need booking systems and mobile apps
  • Van's agricultural sector requires supply chain management software
  • Small manufacturers need inventory and customer management tools
  • Service businesses want to automate their operations

Our 2025 programs start in September. We're keeping class sizes small - maximum 15 students per cohort - because individual attention matters when you're learning to code.

Learn From Someone Who's Been There

Elif started as a complete beginner in our 2022 program. Now she's leading development projects for three local businesses and mentoring new students.

Elif Demirtaş, senior developer and mentor at NovalInkMax
Lead Mentor

Elif's story is pretty typical for our graduates. She had zero programming experience when she joined us. What made the difference wasn't natural talent - it was having someone guide her through the inevitable frustrations and help her see patterns in problems she was solving.

  • Months 1-3: Foundation Building
Learn core programming concepts while building your first real applications
  • Months 4-6: Specialization
Choose your focus area and dive deep into advanced frameworks and tools
  • Months 7-9: Real Projects
Work with local businesses on actual development challenges
  • Months 10-12: Career Preparation
Portfolio development, interview prep, and job search support

Building Van's Tech Community

We're not just training individual developers. We're creating a network of professionals who support each other and keep talent in the region.

180+ Graduates Working Locally
45 Local Businesses Served
12 Tech Startups Founded
85% Still in Van After 2 Years

Most of our graduates stay in Van after completing their training. That's unusual for tech education - typically people move to big cities for opportunities. But we've built something different here: a community where developers can build meaningful careers without leaving home.

Our alumni regularly collaborate on projects, share job opportunities, and mentor new students. Several have started their own companies, and they actively hire from our program.
